The Experiment using Warzone VPN

An EZ Lobby customer decided to test how the VPN affects his performance in Call of Duty (Multiplayer mode) and if it really gives easy lobbies in Warzone.

He played 6 matches with the EZ Lobby Warzone VPN and 6 without it, all on the same day, making sure the playing conditions were as similar as possible.

The aim was to see if there’s a noticeable difference in the level of competition and overall gaming experience. Here are the results!

Tests:

  • Total Matches Played: 12
  • VPN Location: Kazakhstan
  • Matches With VPN: 6
  • Matches Without VPN: 6

If you just want to jump straight to the results, here they are:

Below you will find all the datas we used to get to these conclusions.

Customer K/D Ratio using Warzone VPN

With VPN:
  • Average KD in the games EZ Lobby player won: 1.46 (1.33, 1.5, 1.39, 1.62)
  • Average KD in the games EZ Lobby player lost: 1.125 (1, 1.25)

Without VPN:

  • Average KD in the games EZ Lobby player won: 0.893 (1.04, 0.69, 0.95)
  • Average KD in the games EZ Lobby player lost: 0.906 (1, 0.82, 0.9)

The key findings were in the Kill/Death (KD) ratios.

When using a Warzone VPN, the player’s KD ratio was better than without VPN.

This imply that using a Warzone VPN to get easy lobbies match you against less skilled players, and less competitive lobbies, enhancing your gameplay.

Lobbies K/D Deviations

The deviation in K/D (Kill/Death ratio) measures how much individual performance varies within a set of matches or teams. A higher deviation means that there is more inconsistency in player performance, with some players performing significantly better or worse than others.

In terms of balance, a lower deviation in K/D suggests a more balanced and even competition, where players have similar levels of performance. Conversely, a higher deviation may indicate an imbalance, with some players dominating while others struggle (= Warzone easy lobbies for you), which can affect the overall fairness and enjoyment of the game.

With VPN:

  • The standard deviations for winning teams range from 0.69 to 2.29.
  • For losing teams, the standard deviations are generally lower 0.23 to 0.59.

Without VPN:

  • The standard deviations for winning teams range from 0.52 to 1.13.
  • For losing teams, the standard deviations range from 0.27 to 1.16.

Lobbies Average K/D Ratio

With VPN:

  • Average KD in winning matches ranged from 1.09 to 3.05.
  • Average KD in losing matches ranged from 0.59 to 1.05.

Without VPN:

  • Average KD in winning matches ranged from 1.16 to 1.69.
  • Average KD in losing matches ranged from 0.87 to 1.31.
