- Modification
EZ Lobby reserves the right to update the terms periodically without prior notice. If you continue to use EZ Lobbys services, content, site, apps, or software after such changes come into effect, you are bound by the revised terms. The current version of the terms is accessible on the site. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to periodically review these terms to stay informed of the current rules and obligations. Notice of any substantial modifications to the terms will be communicated to subscribers via email or site updates. Your use of the content or services following the amendment of these terms signifies your acceptance of the modified terms.
- Privacy policy

- Subscriptions
EZ Lobby services are accessible to you upon registration on the site. By subscribing to the services, you agree to become a subscriber (subscriber) for the chosen duration. A complete list of subscription plans and pricing is provided on the site. EZ Lobby reserves the right to adjust subscription fees or introduce new fees with reasonable advance notice posted on the site or sent via email. Any alterations to pricing will not affect the current subscription period and will take effect upon subscription renewal. Subscription payments and refunds are processed through third-party payment providers: paypal and stripe.
When supported by your chosen payment method, subscription plans are automatically renewed by default at the conclusion of the billing term. By default, the renewal period matches the duration of the original subscription billing term. The subscription fee will be automatically charged to the last-selected payment method. If you wish to deactivate automatic renewal, you can log in to the site and disable auto-renewal. By default, auto-renewal is enabled.
Each paid subscription entitles you to a specific number of vpn configurations (at least 3 at all times) for use on a single device at any given moment. If you wish to use the services on multiple devices simultaneously, additional subscription plans can be purchased.
- Refund policy
With each purchase from EZ Lobby, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that all purchases are final. EZ Lobby will not issue refunds under any circumstances. Any attempt by the customer to reverse or dispute a transaction related to the purchase of our products will lead to an immediate suspension of the license or key acquired by the same customer. This policy extends to all licenses or keys purchased by the customer from EZ Lobby.
Actions aimed at defaming or damaging the reputation of any EZ Lobby product will result in an immediate suspension of the associated license or key. EZ Lobby reserves the right to suspend, without prior notice, any license or key used or purchased by any user identified as a high-risk customer by our company.
By engaging in a transaction with EZ Lobby, the customer agrees to these terms, acknowledging the definitive nature of purchases and the conditions under which a license or key may be suspended. EZ Lobby maintains the authority to enforce these policies to ensure the integrity and security of its services and operations.
- TERMINATION / ACCESS RESTRICTION
EZ Lobby reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the services and any related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
This includes the right to discontinue the service, in whole or in part, including for annual subscriptions where the service may be stopped before the end of the subscription period.
In such cases, EZ Lobby is not obligated to provide a refund or any compensation for the remaining period of the subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where EZ Lobby is located, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in that jurisdiction in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the services.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and EZ Lobby as a result of this agreement or use of the services. EZ Lobby’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of EZ Lobby’s right to comply with governmental, court, and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the services or information provided to or gathered by EZ Lobby with respect to such use.
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and EZ Lobby with respect to the services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the user and EZ Lobby with respect to the services.
A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, claim, or controversy between you and EZ Lobby, or between you and any third-party service provider acting on EZ Lobby’s behalf, arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, such dispute, claim, or controversy will be, to the fullest extent permitted by law, determined by arbitration in the jurisdiction where EZ Lobby’s principal place of business is located, before one arbitrator.
- Acceptable use policy
EZ Lobby services are accessible worldwide, so it is your responsibility to evaluate whether the use of the site, apps, software, or services complies with local laws and regulations. When utilizing the site, apps, software, or services, you must adhere to these terms and abide by applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
You acknowledge that it is your duty to maintain the confidentiality of your EZ Lobby account information.

You consent to EZ Lobby’s authority to terminate your account, without issuing a refund for already paid services, in cases of misuse.
While using our services, you agree not to:

– send, post, or transmit content that is illegal, hateful, threatening, defamatory, or insulting; infringes on intellectual property rights; invades privacy; or incites violence.
– upload, download, post, reproduce, or distribute copyrighted or proprietary content without obtaining permission from the content owner.
– upload, download, post, reproduce, or distribute explicit or sexual depictions of minors.
– engage in conduct that impedes or restricts another subscriber’s use or enjoyment of the service.
– attempt to access, probe, or connect to computing devices without proper authorization (i. E. , any form of “hacking”).
– compile, use, or distribute a list of ip addresses associated with EZ Lobby’s service.
– use the service for purposes other than lawful ones.
- License
Provided you adhere to these terms, EZ Lobby grants you a non-exclusive and restricted license to download and utilize the software. Modifying, distributing to unauthorized parties, reverse engineering, or any other use of the software that is not explicitly authorized by EZ Lobby is strictly prohibited.
Using any material that falls under EZ Lobby’s intellectual property rights is prohibited unless you have received explicit written consent from EZ Lobby.
- Third-party websites
EZ Lobby may provide you with content owned by third parties (“third parties”) or links to third-party websites. EZ Lobby is not responsible for the availability of content provided by third parties, as they are not under the control or supervision of EZ Lobby and may have different terms of use and policies. We may impose usage limits, suspend service, terminate vpn accounts, or block certain types of usage at our sole discretion to protect subscribers or the service. - Indemnification

However, such assumption of defense or control by us shall not excuse any of your indemnity obligations.
- Choice of law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the kingdom of belgium.
- Disputes
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement will be submitted exclusively to the tribunal de l’entreprise du brabant wallon.
- Final provisions
If any provision of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect the original intent of the provision, and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
